حل بسيط لمشكلة تعشيش الطيور

اغلبية البيوت تعانى من تعشيش الحمام فى النوافذ
هذى صورة لنافذة البيت عندى...
طبعا غير الازعاج..الرائحة و الوصخ و طبعا ما تقدر تزيل العش الا بعد ما يكبرون الطيور..

فى تروفاليو و النصف موانع للتعشيش عبارة عن أشواك حديدية توضع فى الشباك

بس عيبها سعرها غالى لانك على الاقل راح تحتاج 20 وحدة

هذا حل بسيط انا جربته عندى بالبيت و نجح

اولا تحتاج متر قياس , كلابتين و قصاصة

ثنين تحتاج رول شبك تحصلة عند بياعين ادوات البناء ..حولى خلف الرحاب او شويخ الصناعية او فحيحيل جنب سلطان

اولا تقيس المسافة من الشباك الى الحاجز

ثانيا : تقص الشبك بعرض عشريم سم و طول المسافة اللى قستها زايد 4 سم

تثنى اطراف الشبك مثل الصورة

أخيراً

5 تثبت شبك على كل طرف بحيث يكون ارتفاعه تقريبا 5 سم

العملية كلها تكلف 10 دنانير تقريبا و الشبك راح يكون مخفى و ما يشوه منظر البيت

ليش اغلب الاثاث اللى نشتريه جاهز يتفكك بغضون سنة؟

بينما معظم المحلى يتم سنين مع ان الجاهز عادة يكون أغلى

أغلب الاثاث المستورد يكون مصنوع من الخشب المضغوط المتعارف على تسميته بالام دي أف

طبعا ليس كل الخشب المضغوط سىء.فهناك ثلاث انواع اساسية من الخشب المضغوط

ParticleBoard

وهو الاسوأ و غير مخصص اصلا للاثاث بس الاغلبية تستخدمه, و اذا انصبغ ما تقدر تعرفه. بس تقدر تتعرف عليه من وزنه و من طرف القطعة اللى عادة تكون غير مصبوغة.تشوف قطع الخشب كبيرة

هالنوع لازم تتجنبه بكل الاحوال

النوع الثانى هو الام دى أف الناس تطلق على كل الخشب المضغوط ام دى اف و هو خطأ شائع

الياف متوسطة الكثافة MDF

وهو على خلاف المتعارف عليه خشب جيد و ينفع للاثاث

النوع الاخير هو الHDF

الياف عالية الكثافة و استخدامة قليل بس جودته عالية و هو النوع المخصص للاثاث

نرجع لاسباب تلف الاثاث المستورد بسرعة بسنة أو أقل

السبب الاول و الاساسى الخشب.تشوف الخزانة مثلا من برة خشب ممتاز. بس الادراج خشب من النوع الاول

مع الفك و الاغلاق ست اشهر و عطتك عمرها

أو تكون أرضية الادراج من خشب سماكته خفيفة مايتحمل الثقل

القاعدة اللى لازم تحرص عليها ان تكون الابواب و الادراج و أرضية الادراج من خشب صلب او اقل شىء ام دى اف

السبب الثانى هو التقفيل

تلاحظ ان أغلب الاثاث المستورد يكون مركب بطريقة الحشب..مجرى بالخشب و تدخل الخشبة بالمجرى

وهى طريقة أثبتت فشلها بالادراج

الطريقة الافضل استخدام براغي خشابى و غرا

انكسر السرير أو الكبت..شنو الحل؟

الحل الافضل هو استبدال القطعة المكسورة بقطعة أفضل

امتداد شارع البنوع بالشويخ فيه عدة محلات و مناجر ممكن يساعدونك باقل التكاليف

إن عملية تصنيع أي قطعة أثاث أو تنفيذ أي تصميم داخلي، هو عمل تواجهه العديد من التحديات، خاصة اذا اختار المصمم تصنيع هذا المشروع في الكويت. في البداية يحتاج المصمم إلى التعرف على مواد التصنيع المتوفرة في السوق المحلية، و فهم عمليات التصنيع المختلفة كالخراطة و الحدادة و النجارة و التنجيد، و أخيرا و هو الأهم ايجاد العمالة الحرفية المتمكنة.
في هذا المقال سأركز علي آيجاد المواد المعدنية المناسبة في الكويت و بالتحديد في مركز المعادن.
مركز المعادن
يعتبر من أهم موردين المواد المعدنية الخاصة بالأعمال الهندسية و أعمال الديكور الداخلي. لديهم العديد من الأفرع في الكويت، سأركز على فرع الشويخ الصناعية المتواجد بالقرب من سوق لندن، حيث أنه يعد الأكبر و الأكثر تنظيما

تتوفر في هذا الفرع العديد من القضبان المعدنية و التي يتراوح طولها من ٣-٥ أمتار و التي تأتي بمختلف الأشكال المقطعية (دائرة-مربع- L shape- Tshape- Ushape) و مختلف المواد ( كالنحاس- الحديد- الألمنيوم) و التي بالإمكان استخدامها في صنع هيكل قطع الأثاث

كذلك تتوافر صفائح (٢ قدمx ٤ قدم) ذات سماكة تتراوح ما بين ٠.٥ مم- ٢ مم و التي يمكن استخدامها للأسطح المختلف. هذه الصفائح تـأتي بمختلف المواد و الألوان كالنحاس و الحديد. علما بأنها سهلة الخدش و تصلح للاستعمالات الخفيفة.

في حال الاحتياج الى أسطح أكثر تحملا و أكبر حجما لاستخدامها للأرضيات و الحيطان و الأسوار، توجد أسطح حديد بمساحة ٢٤٠ سم x ١٢٠ سم و سماكة تتراوح ما بين ١ مم- ٥ مم .

In the forest of Portland, Oregon, Architect Robert Harvey Oshatz has built the world’s most amazing tree house. Every inch of the 2,368 square feet is built seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. The house is really best described through the Architect’s own words:

“A lover of music, the client wanted a house that not only became part of the natural landscape but also addressed the flow of music. This house evades the mechanics of the camera; it is difficult to capture the way the interior space flows seamlessly through to the exterior. One must actually stroll through the house to grasp its complexities and its connection to the exterior. One example is a natural wood ceiling, floating on curved laminated wood beams, passing through a generous glass wall which wraps around the main living room.“

فى مشروع الدوة, السطح كان مغطى بالسراميك

كاننت المشكله هى ايجاد لاصق مناسب ينفع لتثبيت السراميك مع الخشب و يتحمل الحرارة

كان هناك اربع اختيارات

الاول اهو استخدام اللاصق العادى المستخدم لتبيت السيرامك على الارضيات, طبعا ما نجح لان الخشب تشربه و كان ثقيل نوعا ما

الاختيار الثانى كان استخدام الاسمنت الابيض, نفس النتيجة الاولى

من التجربة اتضح ان احسن طريقة اهى استخدام السيليكون اللاصق, و افضل نوع هو الالمانى من شركة باتكس

خفيف و يلصق بسرعة لكن ممكن يتأثر بالحراره

افضل حل كان استخدام الجيتا فكس , و هو معجون جاهز لتثبيت السيراميك على اى سطح تقريبا, و نتيجتة مذهلة

استخدمتة لتثبيت حجر على الحائط بوضع افقى و كانت النتيجة افضل من الاسمنت الابيض و الاصق العادى

و الحلو فيه ان العلبة جاهزوة للاستخدام الفورى,يعنى ما تخاف ان العامل يسى خلط المقادير او يضع ماء زيادة

و سعر العلبة رخيص نسبيا و يتوفر بكل محاتت بيع ادوات البناء

in Rostov city Russia an epic forty-thirty years old ceramic tiles artwork has been found in the underground passages.

It tells various stories from World War 2 in ultra realistic style.

Probably that’s one of a kind in the whole world, I doubt somewhere else there are places where this material was used to describe the war happenings.

Cool Interior Tree Home:

There are a lot of ways to make a nice bedroom, but for kids there is an element of excitement that is just as important as bedroom size and style. As these pictures illustrate, a cool bedroom for children can be a virtual fantasy world in itself – in this case by making the outdoors the driving interior design idea and central concept of the bedroom space.

Complete with climbing ropes, ladders, swings and all kinds of hidden storage spaces, this bedroom brings all of the elements of an outdoor play space inside and makes the room feel like a self-sufficient home at the same time. The best part, of course, is the tree house in the center of the room – who would not have enjoyed that as a kid growing up?

Though this kind of cool bedroom design for kids can of course be contracted out to someone else like Kidtropolis, it is also perhaps an opportunity for a fun do-it-yourself project that engages children in the activity of designing and building their own space. While some of this custom craft work is no doubt too structurally complex for a child to do a lot of the painting, decor and other interior design elements could be built with adult supervision.

i think the main reason why its hard to find good lighting sloutin in kuwait is the way the show room display ther lights

the 3 main places to search for light is
shwaikh, ri7ab,and hallway

u can find good items bs u need to go 3-4 times

i saw the ad for beam which says "am different"
located in al tilal complex in shwaikh, the show room is organized nicely o their is little items on the disply wich mke u focuse more and see the iems more clealy

تتشابهة أغلب بيوت الكويتيين من الداخل,نظام توزريع واحد للاضاءة الحمامامت حتى ترتيب الاثاث

بس أكثر ما أستغرب منه توزيع الحمامات, اتخيل ان هناك مخطط واحد يمشى علية الجميع
أعتقد ان السبب الاساسى هو الخوف من التغيير و المشى مع الحل الاسلم السائد
و السبب الثانى ان من يقوم بالتوزيع دائما هو المقاول أو عامل الصحي فى أحسن الاحوال
و الامر فى الحقيقة ما يحتاج مهندس ديكور أو مصمم لخلق ما اسمية ب

ممكن ان تزع الاضاءة بحيث تخلق شكل غير معتادة علية العين أو غير تقليدى
مثل الصورة بالاسفل

نلاحظ استخدام مصدرين للضوء بقوة اربعين واط او ستين على الاكثير موجه على الاطقم
و عشان لا يكون الضوء ساطع او مزعج..نستخدم مصدر اضاء منخفض و فلورسنت للمرايا
و مصدر بقوة 100 واط للضوء الرئيسي

هالخطوة البسيطة ممكن تغير من شكل الحمام تماما

أصبحت الاسلاك المعلقة على واجهات المنازل من الخارج منظرا مألوفا, أستغرب من البيوت الجديدة بواجهات أنيقة و ترى اسلاك الستلايت ممتدة من السطح الى الغرف فى لوحة سريالية

معظم البيوت القديمة,من فترة الثمانينات و ما بعد تحوى تمديدات داخلية للتلفزيون و لمن فنيين الستلايت يستسهلون تمديد الاسلاك من الخارج و تخريم الالمنيوم و العذر جاهز

هذى تجربة قمت بها بنفسى لاعادة استخدام توصيلات اريل التلفزيون القديمة لتمديد اسلاك الستلايت
مع العلم ان البيت قديم و مبنى من الثمانينات تقريبا

الاسلاك ممتدة من كل غرفة الى لوحة تجميع و من لوحة التجميع الى السطح

اولا نفك كل مقابس التلفزيون الموجودة بالغرف,مقبس مربع فيه مدخل للاريل
نحدد صندوق التوزيع الرئيسى , و هو صندوق يحوى اسلاك التلفزيون البيضاء عادة يكون على السلم أو قريب من السطح

نرجع للمقابس اللى بالغرف, نلاحظ بعها فيها اسلاك مربوطة بالمقبس نفسة و بعضها فيها اسلاك ممتدة
نقطع كل الاسلاك بحيث تكون الاطراف حرة فى جميع المقابس

بعد تقطيع كل الاسلاك, نبدأ بسحب الاسلاك ببطء
بعضها راح ينسحب بسهولة و بعضها راح يكون صعب مع ملاحظ عدم استخدام القوة حتى لا ينقطع السلك
اى سلك يكون صعب نتركة للآخر
ان شاء الله الاسلاك كلها نتسحب و تكون الانابيب نظيف
بس فى حالة وجود اسلاك ما انسحبت بسبب القدم
نستخدم كبريسور هواء و نضغط الانبوب بالهواء لتحرير السلك
و يفضل تنظيف كل الممرات باستخدام الهواء المضغوط
فى الحالات المستعصية جدا,هناك منتج ممتاز للمساعدة فى سحب الاسلاك

للتمديد للستلايت..بكل بساطة ندخل ثلاث اسلاك من الطبق الى صندوق التجميع"عرب سات-نايل سات-هوت بيرد"
نركب الدايزك بالصندوق و ليس بالسطح, و من الدايزك ناخذ تفريعه لكل غرفة
بالغرف نركب مقبس الستلايت بدل مقبس الاريل

بالنسبة للطبق, كل الفنيين يخرمون السطح عند التركيب و أغلب ماكل الخرير من هذا التخريم
قبل تركيب الطبق, لو نصب بلاطه اسمنتية صغيرة
ما تكلف شى بس ممكن تغنينا عن مشاكل كثيرة بعدين
نركب الطبق على هالبلاطة بطريقة صح

كل هالعملية ممكن تعملها بنفسك و ما تحتاج أكثر من

الخلاصة ان ليس بالضرورة فنيين الستلايت يكونون هم الاعرف,عادة يدورون الحلول السهلة
ممكن يكون تركيبة ممتاز و الاارة قوية,,بس يكون مخرب لك العازل و مشوه منظر البيت
مع ان بجهد قليل ممكن يكون التركيب صح من جميع النواحى و يتم العمر كله

الاضاءة 1

فى أغلب البيوت يقوم فنى الكهرباء بتوزيع الاضاعة و أقتراح المناسب منها, قد يكون فنى كهرباء شاطر و لكن توزيع الاضاءة يحتاج خبرة و علم من نوع خاص منفصل عن علم الكهرباء
و ليس بالضرورة كل فنى كهرباء شاطر هو خبير توزيع اضاءة شاطر

أغلب بيوتنا تعانى من سوء توزيع الاضاءة و استخدام مبالغ فيه لاضاءة السبوت مما يخلق تأثير مزعج لانها من الاسم تعطى اضاءة محددة و انتشار محدود, فيعمد اعغلب الكهربائيين لزرع عشرات من النقاط لخلق اضاءة كافية
يؤدى هذا التوزيع للحرارة حيث ان هذا النوع يعطى حرارة أكبر من اللمبة العادية, ايضا يخلق نوع من الازعاج للجالس

أغلب البيوت تتحاشى استخدام الفلورسنت فى الاضاءة, مع انه حل ممتاز و عملى ,خصوصا مع توفر النوع الجديد الضعيف اللى ما يستغل مساحة و ممكن ان تستغلة فى مئات الافكار للاضاءة المخفية بدل الاشكال التقليدية

i was shopping for tools and material yesterday from shwaikh, i like to go early around 4 to avoide the traffic.
the best thing about shwaikh is the way it organized it self, every street have a specific shops, so u park ur car o take the shops ` by 1 walking

another great thing is the small shops that bring items directly from manufactures so u fine variety and different items in every shop

Alnisif is the biggest hardware store, it has almost every thing o they have great section for gardening, i spent ams 1 hour in it, over priced a little

the lighting and electrical street located behind "shari3 el zina" has lot of lighting solution, o cheaper than hawlly show rooms.
o u can find good technicians there

most people mix between the plywood and hardboard and MDF,
hardboard is the worse type of wood to be used in furniture, from expirince i can say it wont last more than 3-4 months, u can use screw in it.
before baying any peace of furniture check the drawers, and ,shelfs.
where most manufacturers use it there.

mdf or "medium density wood" is much better nd reliple, the wood fiber is much smaller and when u cut it o cannot see any gaps, un like the hardboard
and the HDF is much better, but i didnt see any ` use it in kuwait

summer fun

am planning to do 3 projects this summer"inshallaa"

first is restoration of office desk
the second is part ion or paravan with retro look, actually this project is 90% finished ,it need the outer layer which will be a collection of old Arabic movie psters.
the mistake i did is using a solid wood for the inner frame, wich made the partion heavy
this picture after the final assmply in my work shop

the third project is a room redecoration for a 8 year old boy
the theme will be marvel heroes
i will try to explore the possibility's and uses of the LED and the fiber optics.
on a recent project i used LED with plastic hose, the beauty of it is that it give u contunios long light without the small daark spots in between whine u use the floursent light

What is this?

Color-changing dyes and additives have been offered in paper, plastic and textiles for some time, but this product takes the idea into a new area: glass tiles. Offered in a range of colors and sensitivities, the tiles change color based on ambient temperature, body temperature or water temperature – whatever they’re touching.

The textured glass surface layer protects and highlights the color-change film on the tile. The base color of the tile can match almost any color, and the temperature change point can be fit to the user’s environment and requirements. The dynamic color change begins at the selected activation temperature and shimmers through three phases, one with each 6 – 10° rise in temperature. Once the temperature peak is passed, the base color returns and remains the same until the temperature drops.

The tiles come in six standard lines; each is a different glass texture, and each offers the changing display in different color moods and ranges, all matched by complementary decos and liners. In bath/shower rooms and other areas, the tiles could form beautiful water temperature safety gauges or be a visual room temperature marker. But this technology has also been used in art pieces that transform with temperature changes: In one, a cityscape changes from a day to a night scene, complete with lights. The tiles can be used on floors, walls and counters — and, because they use glass that is 20 – 80% recycled, they’re a green product.

Last year we had the opportunity to work with Disney. Together we created unique glass tiles that are installed in the Mickey Mouse Penthouse at the Disneyland Hotel. When Disney’s guests take a shower, the warm water hits the glass, causing the tiles to bloom into color. As the glass tiles change color, silhouettes of Mickey Mouse appear around the perimeter of the shower.

What is the temperature range for the tiles to change color?

All Moving Color™ products are available in a variety of temperature ranges, allowing customization to your specific applications. The maximum temperature range for our “Liquid” line is -30°C (-22°F) to 120°C (248°F). Color change will begin at selected activation temperature, and continue through three phases within a 6-10° rise in temperature. Once past the peak in temperature, the base color will then return and remain unvarying until the temperature drops.
